Front-End Developer (UI/UX)

6+ Month Contract | Sacramento, CA (100% Onsite) | W2 Only

No relocation assistance. Must be able to work onsite in Sacramento. No C2C, third-party vendors, or referral fees. This position is available only on a W2 basis through Ledgent Technology.

We're looking for a Front-End Developer with experience building production web applications from the ground up. You'll develop modern, user-friendly interfaces and work closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality web experiences.

Required Experience

5+ years building and shipping production web front ends
Strong HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript
Experience with React, Vue, Angular, Blazor, or Web Components
Design systems and reusable component development
API integrations, including loading, error, validation, and empty states
Form-heavy, transactional web applications
Accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA)
Internationalization/localization
Git-based development workflows

Nice to Have

UI/UX design experience
Wireframing, mockups, and prototyping
User flows and usability testing
Strong visual design skills including typography, spacing, and hierarchy
